Took my truck in to weld a broken exhaust hangar. While completing that repair, I was telling them about a rattle in the truck I could not locate for years. I've had it at several other shops in town that could not locate it. John test drove the truck, identified the rattle and fixed it in a matter of five minutes!! They didn't even charge me for the rattle repair. They were all professional, friendly and actually took the time to listen. Very rare customer service these days. They have earned a customer. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are great. Worked with me on modifying a header. They have the most upbeat 'can do' attitude and great customer service. I will definitely be back to have the rest of the exhaust done. Thanks guys, it's nice to see customer service is still alive.

Walked in To Bud's and let his crew know what my issue was and not only were they professional but the were affordable and had me in and out within an Hour. When I went back to pick up my car I spoke with Bud and he was super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend stopping by if you need some work done.

Excellent service called in the morning about installing a new exhaust on my Jeep, they had it done by 3 p.m.... Mike was outstanding he let me listen to the muffler before they put it on my Jeep 2 make sure I like the sound of it.. Excellent service.... I've been going to Bud's Muffler since I started driving...

#SingleWomenShopHere! Hello! I'm a single Mom with 3 old cars. My mechanic told me that he thought my muffler had a problem and sent me to Bud's. I got in right away the day I called. Told them I thought I needed a new muffler and maybe the pipes (I have a son that drives my Subaru wagon like a high-clearance 4-wheel drive!). Well, there was a problem. My care needed NO WORK! None. NADA. Nothing. And that was what they charged me too! He took me out to look at the car. We decided it was the leaking oil that was causing the smell, but no exhaust problem. Now really, these guys could have taken me for about $500 dollars. I thought I needed service. I never would have known that they took advantage of me because of what my mechanic told me to do. But instead, they created a life-long customer of a women with three older cars . . . and a social media background that will tell EVERYONE how they treated me! Look me up. My 91 Mercedes brakes were squeaking badly. I went with their recommendation to lube each wheel ($22.50). The tech went even farther and chamfered the pads. Excellent results. I live close to these guys since 1990 and have used them multiple times, they are always nice. Give them a try.

Never met a more accommodating buncha guys in my life! Went out of their way at lunch time to weld a broken bracket on a tail pipe. They had me in and out in no time. And Jeff, the owner, is the friendliest guy in Colorado Springs! We instantly connected and swapped stories till my truck was done! GREAT GUYS! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PRICES! Spread the word! These guys are SOLID GOLD!!! Highly recommended (as if you couldn't tell)!
