I am very satisfied with the service that I have received from Buds. I had a very bad exhaust type smell coming into the cabin of my car. I took it to the dealership four times to no avail. They couldn't figure it out and sent me on my way. I had to drive with the windows down it was so strong. So I decided to take it to Buds. It took less than 15 minutes for the tech to find the problem. He actually called me back to the mechanic bay to see what he was talking about. There was a hose that had come disconnected and would not realine to fit in the proper place anymore. So they ordered the part and hose which came the next day and fixed the problem. The total cost for labor and parts was $24.57. Another time when I was told by the Dealer that the part was not under warranty Buds made a couple of calls to the dealer and was able to help me set it up (under warranty) to have the problem fixed. Which saved me over $1800. I have recommended Buds to many friends and I recommend them to anyone reading this review.
