Jeffrey and the gang took good care of me. I was a little iffy with the 50/50 reviews here. They were responsive and kept me informed of everything along the way. Pricing was fair, and I never felt any upcharging pressure or any other gimmicks. If someone asked me for a muffler shop recommendation I would definitely point them to Bud's.

Scheduled an appt. on the day I needed it, two days from my call, and got in. Service was quick by Josh and Mike who also kept communication wonderfully. I received a call before any work was performed as well. While most of my experience was superb, we did have to take the vehicle back to have them tighten the muffler which had been creating a loud sound after driving a bit. Overall I recommend these gentlemen. It was a pleasant experience (even with us experiencing a hit and run earlier than morning.)

All of the experiences I have had with Bud's have been good. In a world of people that inflate prices and offer poor customer service they have been great. I constantly look for a good deal but also look in the value in what I'm paying for and they seem to give me the best bang for my buck. It seems to me that an auto shop that points out safety issues and preventable failures is looking to save me money in the long run. Bud's has value.

The best and most honest mechanic shop in Colorado springs. Wouldn't take my car any where else. Keep up the good work.
